Earlier this year we ran a customer survey to find out what our clients value about the Qualitas service and what they would like to see more or less of. For every completed survey we pledged to add £1 towards our fundraising for Brain Tumour Research, our current chosen charity.
A big ‘thank you’ to everyone who took part in our survey. We really appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback which will help us to focus on delivering the services you value. In addition, we are delighted to be sending a cheque to Brain Tumour Research (charity number 1153487) for £150.00.
“Brain Tumour Research is a charity close to my heart, having supported a very dear friend through his struggle with cancer.” said Peter Sherwood, Director at Qualitas. “This charity deserves much more recognition. It is one of the least funded cancer charities in the UK, receiving less than 1% of UK national cancer research spending despite 20% of all cancers affecting the brain.”
The customer survey was based on the Net Promoter concept which measures customer loyalty. We asked customers how likely they were to recommend us, using a scale of 0 to 10 (highly likely) and then to explain their score. 90% of respondents scored us a 9 or 10 with the other 10% scoring us an 8. This is a great endorsement of the way we work at Qualitas and although every respondent commented on their score, there were no requests for improvement or change.
On seeing the survey results, Peter commented “The great news is that we are getting it right for clients. My aim is for every client to have such a good experience when dealing with us, that they all score us a 9 or 10. We will continue to focus on the individual needs and wishes of our clients, delivering our best service each and every time.”
