Trainee Account Executive – starting salary between £13,000 and £18,000
This is a great opportunity to join our ‘accelerate program’ and start a career in insurance.
We will support you in obtaining the recognised professional ACII qualification within 36 months and a degree 12 months later – all whilst you earn and gain valuable ‘on the job’ experience as an insurance broker/guide to SMEs.
The role is suitable for someone who has A Level equivalent qualifications or other development experience post education.
Previous full/part time work or volunteering experience is preferable. Previous insurance experience is not necessary.

Account Executive – starting salary between £22,000 and £30,000 depending upon experience
This is a great opportunity to join the Qualitas Team as a Commercial Account Executive and really develop your insurance career whilst obtaining the CII ACII qualification or even an insurance degree.
This role is suitable for someone with 2 years+ experience in the insurance sector who wants to move into a Commercial Account Executive role advising and guiding SMEs on their insurance needs.
Previous experience in an Account Executive role is not required, but some experience in the commercial insurance sector is preferable. A Level equivalent (or above) qualifications are required.
This position is part of our ‘accelerate program’ that will give you the opportunity to obtain professional CII qualifications – including Dip CII and ACII and even an insurance degree (all of which we provide support for).
